*$100 Per Team of 4 People (* At Least ONE Player MUST be MA Elks in Good Standing on the day of the Tournament.)

*$25 for Individuals (*Let Kelly know you need a team. Individual Players MUST be a MA Elk in Good Standing on the day of the Tournament.)
